Project 1796 is a non-partisan effort to bring moderates back into the political conversation, which is dominated by extreme voices on both sides

Our approach
Our approach is simple. We recognize that to succeed, moderates need to find a way to have an impact in our two party system. We believe the way to achieve this is to focus on voting in the primaries of the locally dominant party no matter where you fall on the political spectrum
